Veil & Crest Management Consultancies FZCO provides bespoke advisory, technology, and concierge services as defined in each Principal's individually scoped mandate. No standardised service packages are offered. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of each engagement are agreed upon exclusively through the Firm's private alignment process.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during and after the engagement. The Firm operates a zero-disclosure policy: no client identity, mandate structure, or engagement detail is disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent from the Principal.

Nothing within any mandate constitutes regulated financial, legal, or investment advice unless explicitly provided by a licensed third-party partner engaged on the Principal's behalf. The Firm's advisory services are strategic and structural in nature.

All fees are defined within the Principal's individual mandate agreement. Retainer fees are due in advance of each engagement period. Project-based fees follow the payment schedule outlined in the relevant mandate document. The Firm reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non- payment beyond agreed terms.

The Firm's liability in connection with any mandate shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Principal in the preceding three months. The Firm is not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational losses arising from the execution of any mandate.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in the individual mandate. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations remain in full force indefinitely.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Firm reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Principals will be notified of material changes prior to their next engagement period. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Certain logos and trademarks of third-party organisations displayed on this website are used solely to identify prior professional affiliations of Veil & Crest Management Consultancies FZCO's advisors and senior consultants. Such use does not imply, suggest, or constitute any form of partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between Veil & Crest Management Consultancies FZCO and the respective trademark owners.
